We had a great team with us for the 2025 season and many are rejoining us for 2026. We will be announcing 2027 vacancies on this page in December, so please bookmark and visit again.

We look for friendly, dedicated staff to contribute to a fun, relaxed and safe atmosphere on board. All the crew are required to live on the barge whilst they are working, with meals and a single cabin provided. Here are the positions that we often have available:

Activity Guide

Our guides lead the outdoor activities, including walking, biking, canoeing and sailing. If you are passionate about the outdoors and love to share that passion with others, then we want to hear from you!

Cook

Delicious food is a crucial part of our holidays and the cook’s role is central to everything! If you have professional experience of catering for around 16 people, can run a small galley (kitchen) and are interested in joining our team, we will be pleased to tell you more about the job.
