Wildlife and Sea Lochs

There is the opportunity to see wildlife on all of our cruises. However, on a wildlife specific cruise, there is a resident wildlife expert on board.  This leader will offer optional nature walks each day.  These cruises visit sheltered sea lochs as well as traversing the Caledonian Canal.  The sea life is plentiful and the dolphins in the Moray Firth frequently display their presence. The dolphin watching is generally complemented with feeding osprey, peregrine falcons, and much, much more. Our resident wildlife leaders are experts in their field and offer daily walks and trips to get the best views.  Other activities are available or you can choose to stay on the barge and relax it is entirely up to you.

Each wildlife cruise will either spend time in Loch Linhhe at the western end of the Great Glen or in the Moray Firth at the eastern end of the Great Glen.
